The Golden Age of Aviation
This WACO UPF7 was designed in the 1930's in Troy, Ohio and built in November of 1940. It's graceful, sweeping lines is reminiscent of the post Art Deco era. WACO (Weaver Aviation company of Ohio and later the WACO Aircraft Company), was established in 1919. By the late 1920's WACO aircraft were in high demand for businesses, flying schools and flying the air mail routes.
